Grace Connections Home Care is seeking compassionate, professional, loyal and trustworthy Caregivers to join our team in early 2025 as "Care Associates" that's passionate about helping the elderly, seniors, adults, children and the disabled lead quality lives in the comfort of their homes; demonstrating patients, respect, and kindness, adhering to strict confidentiality requirements and privacy policies while assisting clients with activities of daily living, delivering an amazing overall customer experience!

We're not your everyday Home Health Agency. Our service model is designed to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly, seniors, adult, children and the disable, offering several packages to choose from; certain restrictions and guidelines are required prior to services.
Grace Connections Home Care also provide non medical home care services to "Elite" Clientele: VIP's, Business Owners, Presidents, CEO, COO, CFO and all C-Level Executives and their families, and to Public Figures, Politicians, Celebrities, Professional Athletes, Actors, Actresses, etc., requiring strict confidentially policies and security clearance prior to working, and may require Care Associates to stay in the home as a live-in position, up to 40 hours per week, plus overtime pay, room and board, and travel at the expense of the client.
