Grace Connections Home Care is seeking compassionate, professional, loyal and trustworthy Caregivers to join our team as "Care Associates" that's passionate about helping the elderly, seniors, adults, children and the disabled lead quality lives in the comfort of their homes; demonstrating patience, respect, and kindness, while assisting clients with activities of daily living, delivering an amazing overall customer experience!

We're not your everyday Home Health Agency. Our service model is designed to provide high-quality, non-medical home care services for the elderly, seniors, adults, children and the disable, with customizable service packages tailored to the needs of our clients. 

 

Grace Connections Home Care also provides private-duty, non medical home care services for clients requiring live-in care, round-the-clock, strict-confidentially and, or security clearance, which will include a private room and board, higher compensation, overtime pay, and 2 days off per week.
